- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I sent Gray & Sons two broken diamond bracelets and the whole process was great! Since I'm on the other side of the country, I requested their Easy Ship Box via their website. When the box arrived, it came with everything I needed to package my pieces and send it back using registered mail. Once they received my items, the super friendly staff at Gray & Sons kept in touch with me constantly to inform me of the progress of the repair. Less than two weeks later, my pieces were back in my hands, beautifully repaired. I highly recommend the Gray & Sons repair services and I will definitely use them again to repair any of my jewelry.By Celine Simon, September 05, 2017
