- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Excellent customer service! I needed to replace my business card, but the machine to issue cards at Biscayne blvd was broken. I called this location and asked if they could have it ready for me. This lady SHIRLEY is the best! She had it ready in less than 30 minutes and she also had the courtesy to think in my parking... she printed a receipt so I could have free parking. So I was good to go in less than 2 minutes... Unbelievable.. We need more people like SHIRLEY in other branches of this Bank... especially at TD BANK Brickell where the customer service is the worse.
