- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I agree, need a zero star. I live in the area 5 years so it's not my first time being treated so rudely. Today I had an appointment to renew my son's passport at 2:15. I arrive at exactly 2:15 and they yelled at me and my wife that passports couldn't be done. They have absolutely no idea or dont care the least to do customer service. They could have said I'm sorry sir, but the lady that would be handling your appointment had to go to lunch, she will be back shortly. Instead , they yelled at us and said, what do you expect? Everybody needs to have lunch. It's amazing that they still work there. They are known in the neighborhood of being terrible. I'm dreading the fact that I have to return there this afternoon and see if I get my appointment accomplished.By john imbastari, November 07, 2016
